Event Trigger Callbacks not fired in Packaged Build.

I’m facing an issue in which event triggers added via C++ code is not fired in packaged build.
Upon investigating UE Engine source I could figure that the function GameThread_EventTriggerPhase in MovieSceneEntitySystemRunner.cpp is never called.
