Yesterday, I actually uploaded a video on my channel where I talked about that process. It’s in Spanish, but let me summarize it for you here: I used to work as a Motion Graphics designer (which involves graphic animation with After Effects), but I didn’t enjoy it. So, I created EVA 1 using 3D within After Effects. I liked the result, but it obviously lacked everything to become a true 3D animated world. That’s when I discovered Unreal and was fascinated, firstly by its real-time rendering engine, extensive marketplace stock, and how easy it was for me to learn on my own. Later, I also started learning Reallusion software. This allowed me to create a workflow where I could learn while producing episodes. It eventually enabled me to switch to a job more related to what I enjoy. In other words, tackling a project with Unreal helped me enter the world of 3D animation creators.
