I know this thread and project has just begun but I wanted to tell you my excitement seeing someone using UE to recreate something in relation to Evangelion. I remember watching the show and reading about the interesting mechas so seeing it come into a 3d workspace is exciting! I can’t wait to see what you do during the continuation of your project. :star_struck:

@The_M0ss_Man Apologies for the lack of updates! I’ve been fully immersed in the Meet Mat contest and couldn’t make progress here until now. I’ve started modeling the EVA 01, and so far, I’ve got the torso completed. Since I’m focused solely on this project now, I should be able to finish it soon. Excited to bring more updates your way!

I really like the vibrancy of the colors for the model. (I’m unfamiliar with the character - please forgive my ignorance :joy:) With that said though, the design looks great from what I can tell. I’m stoked to see more!

“Exciting progress on my EVA 01 model! I’ve completed the armor, and now I just need to finish the body underneath. Once that’s done, the high poly model will be ready, and I’ll begin the retopology process. This step is essential for finalizing the structure and moving on to the next phase.
