Does anyone know where I can source realistic European/UK wildlife models, like hedgehogs, otters, watervoles, kingfishers and birds for use in TwinMotion? I’m looking for something like Globeplants but for mammals and birds.

This marketplace creator comes to mind. Specifically for their wide range and high quality of assets. I don’t see any of the animals you mentioned listed though -They may be open to custom work.
Aside from searching the UE Marketplace, my next thought would be to check Sketchfab.
