EUGINE 4 Physics and Effects

Hey,
I am thinking of purchasing the license for a game to make this summer, however I am wondering how good the innate physics system is good. I don’t want to buy APEX license for now, so I am looking into how good these points of physics are:
-Destruction
-Cloth Physics (performance vs. quality)
-Weight? (not sure what you would call this but, you know table blown up vs pushing lamp over etc)

Effects:
I am planning to have real-time weather system, but I also want the game to run really well on low end systems as well as look beautiful on high end. So how good would real time rain, reflections from the water, sand storms etc be?

APEX is integrated in Unreal Engine. You dont have to buy it.
