Escher-like Programming

Dear administrators,

I have recently been playing games including physically impossible structures such as Antichamber and The Stanley Parable. Examples of these structures can be found in the following two video’s: Antichamber - Red and blue stairs - YouTube (0:20 - 0:26) and [RER] Stanley Parable - Space Ending - YouTube (2:40 - 3:00). I want to create a game using this Escher inspired idea as a central point, but I have no clue of how this is done whatsoever. Will there, by any chance, be uploaded a tutorial or a blueprint package containing a line of programming so I, and many other amateur developers, could learn from it? I’d pay for this!

Portals and custom gravity “fields”. If getting custom gravity is an issue, you can always “flip” the environment. Player maintains Z-down, but it looks like he is walking <whatever way>
