This was a small project that me and Snownymous pulled during the winter holiday; in two weeks for the most part.
The premise is simple. You and your friends enter this overworld, and you can visit worlds which you then escape from. Each has its own twist and theme, and difficulty increases as you progress. You can find secret collectibles or unlock a new way to play too. Play using code 6110-5908-0747
Working with the new camera devices was both challenging and rewarding, mainly because it detaches you from the known perspective that you see and expect inside live edit. Having to imagine how the game will feel in the right perspective took a lot of experimentation
Game also features a soundtrack for all stages and the overworld, which changes based on the stage you are close at. It was a mix and match from old tracks that I made, but it turned out alright I think
Overall, it was a fun project and I learned a lot about the new camera devices.
