Errorcode: SU-PQR1603 can't be fixed need help

Hi there,
after opening the Epic Games Launcher, it will download some updates which works fine but after that it checks the Installation-requierments and i get an errorcode SU-PQR1603. I ran through the troubleshooting guide and made everything described in it. I can’t get it working.

My system (Windows 10) runs over an external drive on a Mac 21,5" Late 2012 without bootcamp but even with bootcamp i wont get it run so thats not the problem i think. Also the software worked once on said system build.

I got the Logs attached and hope u can help me

Okay i found a solution that works for me in another question which had the same error.

it says:

Please close the launcher, then try the following and let me know if it helps:

Right-click on your Epic Games launcher desktop shortcut

Select “Properties”

In the line labeled “Target,” add the following to the very end (after the quotation mark): -SkipBuildPatchPrereq

It should look something like this: “C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe” -SkipBuildPatchPrereq

Click “Apply”

Double click the shortcut to run the launcher and try again
