We have received reports of users who are unable to process payments for subscriptions and subscription renewals. We are currently investigating this issue, and will update this post when the issue has been resolved or more information is available.

This issue has been fixed. It was introduced in last Friday’s release. There was a misconfiguration of currency in the following countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Montenegro
Users in the above countries saw prices in EUR instead of USD and the billing account creation, subscription and marketplace purchase were failing.
We have fixed the configuration error, it should be back to normal now.
