Summary
When updating products, a “Service temporarily unavailable, please retry later” error occurs, which leaves the product or model stuck in an infinite “draft” state. It is impossible to submit updates—such as changes to images or descriptions, or the addition of new files to a project—for review.

Steps to Reproduce
Hello. It is impossible to update a product or model; it gets stuck in an “infinite draft” state. This happens regardless of whether I change the description, add new images, or upload new files. I’ve spoken with several other creators who use the Fab platform, and they are experiencing the exact same issue. We’ve discovered that this server-side error occurs with products that have been added to your new “Bundle” system. Once I include a model in a bundle, it can no longer be edited or updated. Personally, I currently have at least three products stuck in this “infinite draft” loop, while a colleague of mine has nearly 40 products affected in the same way—he is completely unable to update them. Clearing cookies or switching to a different browser does not resolve the problem. The issue lies squarely with your server; it rejects updates due to the Bundle system.
Expected Result
It should update the model and also automatically add the new update to the bundle system.
Observed Result
No result; using a new browser and clearing cookies doesn’t help.
Platform
Web browser. Opera, Chrome, Chrome on mobile—it happens in any browser; the error originates from your server.
Operating System
Windows and Apple Chrome
Upload an image
Additional Notes
Please fix the update process for products linked to the bundle system—at least in time for the Black Friday sale. I’d like to update a large number of products for this major promotion. Thank you!
