Error when trying to use First Person weapon on Third Person character

Hi,

I’m using the Third Person Character BP as the only play mode but I’ve also added the First person content so I could use the Rifle and it’s associated BP’s, Mats, Txts, etc.

I’ve been trying to edit the Third Person BP so that it can use the First Person rifle but there is one error left I can’t resolve, not sure what to do

You need to connect TP character reference to the target.

You mean the box with the ERROR in red to the SET connector? I know that but it says it isn’t compatible, I’m not sure why

What are you trying to connect to it?

yes that is correct, instead of to the first person one
