When trying to login I get this error, “{“message”:“Username needs to less than 20”,“code”:“username_max_length”}” please can a staff member fix this issue.

It doesn’t appear that the username has made it through the system yet- does the original username contain any special characters? There is currently an issue regarding this.

Yes, my old user names had special characters in, which I believe is preventing me from logging into this forum. Is there anyway you can reset my user names to resolve this issue? I also attached a screenshot of my account data that shows the user names I believe to be causing these issues.
Just to clarify this is a issue with my other epic games account with the display name: JBSUK
The JBSUK account also having issues with Quixel not appearing in Value or plugins, if you could be so kind to fix that also id be very grateful
