Try putting this on the AnswerHub, that way you will have a greater chance of getting noticed by a developer.
Privilegies issue with the win7 accounts and the launcher.
Same problem here.
Dont start from the Launcher:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe
…but start right from editor:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.10\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe
Start the editor and select the project itself.
I had the same problem.
Try launching as Administrator; that fixed it for me.
I had a similar problem as well. Turns out it didn’t like the “.” period I added to the project file name. Rookie mistake! Just figured i’d mention in case anyone else has the same issue.
