Error when logging into Forum

I’m able to login successfully at https://www.unrealengine.com/

But when I try to login at https://forums.unrealengine.com/, it asks me to make an account, but then the next screen gives an error “Something went wrong, perhaps this is email is already registered, try the forgot password link.” But I’m already logged in, so there’s not a forgot password link anywhere. (please see the attached images).

I’ve logged out and back in, but get stuck at the same place.

Any suggestions?

And it seems to have resolved itself the next day! ps, this was happening both for myself and another friend.
