I putchased a 3D model I specifically require in a scene, when attempting to download it, the page displays the message “An error occurred, the asset could not be retrieved.” and it does not download (image attached)

Expected Result
To have the zip file downloaded as a notmal browser download

Using Firefox on Windows 11.
I’m trying to download the textures to my local drive in order to experiment with the model in Blender.
Additional info: Downloading from the item’s listing page works, whereas downloading from the “View in my Library” page does not. The listed file size is also different on these two pages. It is 581.00MB on the item listing page (download works) vs. 192.17MB on the view in my library page (download is broken):
