Getting this error when android packaging my game in unreal engine 4.27.

Installed Build Tools revision 32.1.0 rc1 is corrupted. Please and install again using the SDK manager.

Yes. Uninstall the one specified, figure out what your phone/emulator Android version is and google which API level it uses, then google which NDK, SDK, JDK, .NET, etc. you need. 4.27 has plenty of working docs and tutorials for Android.

I am using 4.27.2 and I am trying to package my game from kitkat to android 13. No where am I able to find a clear indication on what SDK/NDK/Build tools version I should download to get this to work. Because as soon as I get SOMETHING to work then the game simply wont install on android 12 or 13 and simply says ( on my phone Samsung galaxy s22 ultra) “application not installed. Package seems to appear invalid”

Is there any real directions anywhere? SO many NDKs
