When I try to update a published tutorial, I get this error:
Error updating Community Tutorial: You do not have access to set is_beginner

We are aware and it is on the todo list for the dev team to look at right away tomorrow morning as the week starts. We have been working on localization support for tutorials, it appears maybe a bug got in while we made those changes.
This is very likely going to be fixed tomorrow some time, likely a simple fix.
