you are not alone. There was another thread started several days ago for the same error that several people have posted to in the last few hours. I’ve been trying to fix mine as well and am still unresolved.

hi yeah this error hapend to me yesterday idk how but it deleted all of my epic games games and then i cant download or do anything can someone help me fix this?

It could be a driver issue. You may need to update your NVIDIA driver and also reinstall/verify Unreal.

Same here. Im new to unreal so this is discouraging. I hope some updates come soon to resolve this. I read some other post about EPIC games having issues with AMD hardware. I am using AMD CPU and GPU. I was wondering what you guys are using.
