i’ve been trying to access Unreal Engine through Unreal Editor but an eroor message pop up and crashes every time i try it up i even downloaded and installed NVIDIA Direct3D SDK 11 Browser but not sure what to do i’m new at this and lost
Looks like your GPU doesn’t support running Unreal Engine.
Strange … what hardware do you have? PC / Laptop? What GPU?

HP Elite 8200 Desktop PC, Intel Quad Core i5-2400 up to 3.4GHz, 8G DDR3,
RAM Type: DDR3 SDRAM, Hardware Platform: PC, Series: Pro / Elite, Brand: HP, Hard Drive Interface: Serial ATA, Hard Drive Rotational Speed: 7200 RPM
and no gpu came with this computer yeah its odd i even tried to install NVIDIA Direct3D SDK 11 Browser and still no changes and still not showing up while being installed i thought i installed what was missing but i guess my main issue is that this computer never had a gpu to begin with
Yeah, I guess you need a compatible GPU. 
Probably time to upgrade your hardware.
