Error to start Unreal Engine 4.14.3

Hi, I have not already installed Unreal Engine 4.14.3 more when I click on start it is 5 seconds waiting and then back on the start button there I click on again to start waiting 5 seconds and back again, can someone help me?

Do you mean that the Launch button doesn’t launch the engine?
