Hello support team
I’m having a problem importing ordered e57 laser scan data. I get the following error:
All I’m doing is going to “Laser Scan” in the Workflow tab and selecting E57s for import. I have a custom folder location on the C drive in My Documents as the destination. Sometimes it will work and then sometimes I get the above message.
Can someone assist? I can’t import my scans at the moment. I’m using the PPI licence

Aren’t you using a command line script to do so?
If not are you sure you’re only selecting the E57 files and no others which could cause this?
We don’t use command line. I’m just using the standard UI. The files are only e57, nothing else.
Dear user can you please check whether this problem is still present in the new pre-release version from yesterday?
