update: disabling “gITF Exporter Plugin” will make it work.

We had the same problem. Are you using 5.4?

For us, deactivating the glTF Exporter Plugin under Edit → Plugins → Exporters, helped. I think it’s a bug that came with a change on the gltf exporter in 5.4.
