Error packing my game on android

I just opened a project and tried to package it for android, and I loose an error.

I want to know why this error is due

I could fix it by updating the toolkit to 27. How: Goto this folder: \NVPACK\android-sdk-windows\tools and run “android.bat”, there you should be able to update.

Hi Guys
I am having the same problem but running android.bat opens a command prompt window for about half of a second and closes again. How do I fix this issue?

I’m participating in a challenge and the closing date is at hand. Ill really appreciate your help
