A few countries have been IP blocked due to legal reasons, but we have recently reevaluated the IP blocks and will be supporting additional countries. If you can please let us know what country you are located in, we can let you know if we will be fixing the connection issue. Based on some of your other information, I am assuming you are from Belarus or around that region, which is a country we now intend to support.
