Error on Deploy to Android11 Device, "minSdkVersion is higher than Android version installed on device, possibly due to NDK API Level"

SetupAndroid.bat=Successfull ; All Paths (Environments and engine paths) Checked: Right

Same Project package is works good on different pc with different setup. Same setup doesnt work on different PC too -same error-. I did this setup with guides from UE and youtube videos.

the solution is; change Platforms>Android SDK Api Level to android-26
