Error! No Version Received

I tried to install epic games launcher, but it doesn’t start.
so i re-install this 3 times.
but i doesn’t start yet.
so adding " -http=wininet" then surprisingly, it started!
but i got error an error saying “Error! No Version Received” and
i can click retry and OK, i clicked retry but error saying the same message.
so i clicked OK. and i login.
i got an error saying “Error! Did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?”…
what can i do?

i want to play unreal engine 4 please…
(I’m Korean :smiley: So I can’t speak English well)

Please try all of the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate you Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
