I have the same error, a workaround is clicking in ‘OK’ when you get the error, the launcher will work as expected but it won’t update or anything. Maybe there’s some bug on epics version control system or something…
Thank you for all of the responses. We had a Launcher issue yesterday that seems to have resolved for most people now. We will be looking into what caused the issue.

We are marking this post as Resolved for tracking purposes. The Launcher issue from Sunday 9/7 has been resolved. We are currently looking into the cause so we can make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
