Error: No version information received on launch

Okay, we are going to need some additional information to help troubleshoot this issue.

  • This issue occurs when you click the “Launch” button on the Launcher, is that correct?
  • Is your Launcher version currently 1.0.-2039063? (found in the bottom-left corner)
  • Above the Launch button, does it say “Unreal Engine 4.0.2”?
  • What operating system are you using?
  • Please upload the logs found here (C:\Users\USER.NAME\AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs) in a Zip file attachment.
