Error Multiple roots are found in the bone hierarchy - exporting skeletal mesh from 3Ds max

Hi everyone, I have an issue with UE4 when I try to import a skeletal mesh with animation in UE4. I’m new to UE4, but I have imported yet some similar models with no problems.
This mesh has a very simple structure. There are not bones with same name, there’s only one IK solver end one point helper. I read about some similar experiences in the Answer Hub, but I don’t understand at all the hints I found.
Where I have to go to parent these bones correctly?

maybe its treating your controls as another root?
