Error message with HTML 5

I am trying to package my scene for HTML 5 but I keep getting the following error message.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me. Clearly I am new to Unreal.

Thanks
Alex

Perhaps you can look into this part in the log.

One more item you can check is plugin’s. Disable them if you have enabled any(for example, Substance).

Thanks ,

I know Substance is not installed so thats not it but I will double check the 64bit is installed.
