This is my first post so hi everyone!!
i don’t know if it is normal but when i try to open up UE4 i sometimes have this error message that appears it goes like this: “Updating Unreal Engine Launcher ERROR no version information received Retry OK” if i clicked on retry nothing happens the error message just loops but if clicked on OK the launcher opens up is that normal ? anyone else has experience this and solved it. By the way i have the windows version i am using windows 7 64-bit.
