Error message if I import mdls.

Hello,
we have made several mdls in Substance Designer based on scanned textures.
If I try to import these mdls into UE5, I always get these error messages:
Failed to import …mdl
Failed to create asset …

No materials are present in the MDL!
What does it mean ? Whats worng ?

If anyone solved this. Would they mind posting how they fixed it, please. thank you.
