Error MD-0011-0 for Creative Characters Free Animals

Summary

Trying to add to my project and it’s giving me a MD-0011-0 error. I added all their other packs to my project and they had no issues so when I googled they said this was usually a server issues so I’m not sure if it is if everything else is working. Help Plz.

Returned MD-0011-0 error
