Hello everyone.
If you’re using ESET please try add “<UE_ENGINE_PATH>\Engine\Plugins\Bridge\ThirdParty\Win\node-bifrost.exe” to excluded applications in advanced ‘WebAccess protection’ settings. Worked for me.
