Error launching packaged .exe

Hi ! I’m trying to launch a packaged project on another computer (which has not UE4 installed) and it gives me this error :frowning:

I can’t find where does this com from.

Hi Denis,

A number of things could cause this error to occur… The machine you are opening the packaged project on must meet the minimum system requirements to run the Engine itself:

Hardware & Software Specifications

Also you must be packaging for shipping and for the correct device, in this case I assume Windows 64 bit, (but possibly the end user is on Windows 32 bit for example.)

Please check these things first and if you’re still having an issue, post your packaging settings in your Project Settings as well as the System specs of the end user’s computer.
