Error in UnrealNerwork.h when trying to replicate...?

got this bug in my main project, I couldn’t figure it out. So I started a blank project with a single variable “Health” as in

blindly followed… the log is the same
any ideas on what is messing up?
I set the variable to replicate, called GetLifetimeReplicatedProps in my cpp file and included UnrealNetwork.h nothing else…
