Error in launching UE4 project to Android

I want to make an application that can read / scan QR codes from an Android phone’s camera. I am currently trying to use “ZXing for Unreal” plugin, but when I turned on this plugin in the project, I found a problem:

Though before I turned on this plugin I could do debbuging on my Android smoothly. Can anyone help me? Thank you
