Error: imported bone transform is different from original

Alright I am baffled why this error is occurring. I export my mesh + rig and it appears in UE backwards. I use export options: forward = -z forward and up = y up. And in a separate copy of the file I create the anim and export just the bones and it imports fine and when I apply it in UE it works no problem and reverses the mesh. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate it.

Also I do not want to have to rotate the arms in editor I want to be able just to import and it be good to go…
