Error "GPU crashed or D3D device removed" when I try to launch UE5.5.1

Hello, today I installed Unreal Engine 5.5.1 from EG Store, but when I try to launch it, I have this error.

I have two GPUs : GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop and Intel Iris integrated graphics.

What I have already tried (but didn’t worked) :

  • Restarting my computer

  • Using Nvidia Game Ready/Studio drivers

  • Adding “Tdrddidelay” 32 bit d-word value into regedit

  • Using only Nvidia GPU or Intel GPU for UnrealEditor.exe (Settings > System > Graphics > Add desktop app “UnrealEditor.exe” > Graphics preferences)

  • Trying UE5.4.4 and UE4.27.2 but got the same error

  • Unplugging my second monitor from my laptop and switching scale from 125% to 100%

Thanks in advance for your help

Welcome to the Unreal Forum. Is this the first time you’ve tried running Unreal Engine on this rig? If so, I’d check the specs on your CPU. I tried to Google some things on the Iris Integrated. But, I got varying different results. I’d check the system requirements and compare them.

I have the same error, I tried the same things but nothing seems to work
