I have several models in the Clothing and Jewelry category. I select the “New” sort and see my models. But if I select the “Clothes” subcategory, while remaining in the same “New” filter, my models disappear.

Expected Result
When publishing, you can select only one general category “Clothes and Jewelry”. Obviously, the problem is that I can’t immediately add the desired subcategory “Clothes” and then “T-shirt” or “Shorts/Pants” and so on.
Observed Result
The models are present in the general category, but are absent in the narrower subcategories.
This would be good except I sell handbags, there is no handbags selection to choose. Handbags really should be there.
I hope to see this. And hopefully a way to update my listing when it becomes available.
Go to your listings in the publisher portal ( https://www.fab.com/portal/listings ), click a listing to edit, and then submit the changes. At the moment the update will need to go back through review, but in the future we hope to allow “safe” changes like the category field not go through the full review process.
Thanks for the feedback. I suppose Clothing & Jewelry > Clothing > Accessories is the closest we have for now. Perhaps “Accessories” could be at a higher level though, i.e. Clothing & Jewelry > Clothing | Jewelry | Accessories
