Error:DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine

okay, after hours and days of headache, i was able to download and install unreal engine 4.12.5 .
But when I launch the engine, a box appears says DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine.
I check dxdiag, and it says that it has feature level 9.1 to 11.1 (including 10.0 ) .
I did update my display driver, and it is up-to-date.
I check other questions in the forum, but it was not helpful.

I have this issue too on a VirtualBox vm Win10

SOLVED - the VirtualBox virtual graphics card does not support this feature but the Vmware one does.
