[Error] "Did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?"

I have a problem! When I have to connect from the application, they always tell me “did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?” And I’m connected!

Please try the " -http=wininet" solution that is provided in this post. Let us know if it works for you or not.
