Somehow I messed up with ue4.But I figured it out.Go to yourProject.uproject file and right click and open with visual studio.Try to enable any disabled plugins in my case they are online subsystem.Then try to run again.It might work
Do you need any special plugins or standard enough?
It depends on the plugins you downloaded.CHeck your defaultengine.ini while whether all the plugins are enabled or not
You should enable plugins that you need .Mainly look for online subsystem whether it is enabled or not
