Hello,
When trying to download Unreal engine we receive this error code posted below. These are managed desktops for education use.
Looking at Reddit

I have tried everything that involves deleting every trace of epic games and unreal.
Edit: I have solved the issues, it was my custom DNS, it was blocking a backend domain.
This is a networking error and Epic cannot verify your sites DNS address
