Hi all,

Im trying to download the free Animation Starter Pack but I keep getting “Product Activation Failed! Error Code: E80-1023”. Im using version 4.9.

Can anyone please help?

Have you attempted to purchase / download it from the browser-accessible version of the marketplace? It can be found here: Animation Starter Pack in Epic Content - UE Marketplace

Outside of that, this will be outside of my knowledge and likely will require some support from Epic.
