Error code e40-0-0 in marketplace

When attempting to download free content I get the error code e40-0-0. How do i fix this?

We have had a couple of Launcher updates since you had this issue that should have fixed this. Is everything working for you now?

Hello i want to bump that topic because i have same problem like topic creator always when i try to download free contend i got error e40-0.

Plz for any answear

Hi Built,

This error is usually temporary. It says above that you posted 3 hours ago, try downloading the content again,it may work for you.

Afterwards if you are still receiving the error, please post a new report in the Marketplace section.
