Error code after launching The Finals: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION 0x00007ffb89600001

Hi all, I updated the Finals Today and got my first error code. It had a first white page error screen I clicked away too quickly then unreal engine had another. The error code I got was: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION 0x00007ffb89600001

I can’t find anyone with the same error codes expect the last three. I’ve uninstalled three times and nothing. I don’t know if this is related to a windows update error I ignored for a few days with the error code: 0x80070643. I checked all the drivers and they’re updated already. I have 920mb free in my disk so I’d have plenty of space there. Pls help, this is the main game I play using what limited time I have ;-;

1) Opened Services in Windows Task Manager.

2) Stopped Background Intelligent Transfer Service.

3) Stopped Windows Update.

4) Opened Explorer.

5) Deleted contents of c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download.

Upgrade completed successfully.

I had this same problem and error code. For me I had to go into task manager and end all razor tasks. I have a razor headset and when running the programs razor has such as Ram tracking it messes with the finals launch. Hope this helps

Try right clicking on The Finals in Steam, going to properties, than installed files and lastly click on Verify integrity of games files. This may fix your issue.
