Error code 10 and can't create a new maps

The revision control don’t work, it’s says “The database connection could not be established. Error code 10. Extended error code 778”. Also I was trying to create other map and UEFN don’t let me make it.
This issue appeared after the last update.

i can't save anything on my map - #2 by wouter contains some suggestions on your 778 error.
