Error al crear el PIN en CaptureReality

Hola amigos, alguno sabe por qué no deja crear el ping de descarga en la pagina de capturingreality

Do you have some error during export? Do you have created PIN in your MY account?

no me deja crear el pin cuando exporto mi modelo, y se queda alli en un bucle con ese error

si. despues que le doy al boton de crear el PIN me arroja ese error y no me deja hacer nada, cambio clave del PIN e igual da el mismo error. no puedo exportar mis modelos con mi cuenta PPI

Can you please contact our support at support@capturingreality.com and we will try to create the PIN for you from our side. In email please mention which PIN you will want to use.
