this means, that the opened project was created in PPI version and you are trying to open it in ENT version, which is not possible. To open this project, you need to open it in PPI version of the application.
I’m having the same issue. I’m logged into RC in PPI mode and cannot open files I saved earlier today.

374823146340, I’m having the same problem as well for only a few projects. It’s hard to say if they were made using the same PPI account (as switch between work and personal RC accounts often), but I’m pretty sure they were all made with the same account.
Regardless, is it possible to open PPI projects with a different account? I know I can export the PPI license but AFAIK, you can only use the PPI license to start a whole new project with those photos, not actually open an RC project that’s in-progress.
Yes, it is possible to open PPI project in different accounts. Is it possible, that you are trying open it in ENT license? Are you online? Did you somehow changed these data?
There is a difference between PPI license and PPI licensing the inputs. PPI license is type of software, PPI licensing is for licensing the inputs to export some results from PPI license app.
As far as my error is concerned - I received a message from RC that their license servers went down when I was working. That was the cause of my gridlock. When I tried it a few days later everything was ok.
There was some outage on our side last week, so you could have a problem with PPI licenses.

I have got similar problem.
Today, When I open Capture Reality, it forced me to install a new version.
After the installation, it doesn’t allow me to open my rc project file which I have modified a few days before (on 28/01/2022) in the same computer. These batch 99 image files were licensed on 12/07/2021 under my PPI license.
I used the same account to modify the project. Unfortunately, I was rejected after the installation.
Does anyone has any idea?

I had tried this workflow before I reported here. Unfortunately, it did not work at that time.
Report :
In next day after I reported, I did try to open the same project again. It works as usual now.
I have no idea what have happened. I do nothing.
Hope my report may help to identify the potential issue.
